What is OUC Doing During Stage 3?

It is unknown at this time when we will move back into normal operations. Crews are assessing damage and restoring power with a focus on critical customers such as hospitals, wastewater plants, fire and police stations. OUC is not giving individual ETRs, but rather working toward identifying a system-wide ETR.
