ATTENTION: All OUC offices, including our Customer Service Centers, are closed Monday, May 27th in observance of Memorial Day. We’ll return to normal business hours on Tuesday, May 28th. Disconnects for non-payment will be suspended during this time for both traditional and OUC Power Pass customers. You can still make payments, report outages and use other self-service features by logging into your myOUC online profile or by using our 24-hour outage reporting line at 407-423-9018 in Orlando and Orange County or 407-957-7373 in St. Cloud and Osceola County.

From online options to a location near you, there are a variety of ways to pay your OUC bill.

With our Billing Alerts program, you can also receive notifications when your statement is ready, a payment is due, or your payment status changes.

Add Billing Alerts by texting SUB to 69682 (myOUC) or by setting your preferences by logging in to you myOUC online profile. Once logged in, click Alerts on the left navigation and then click Manage Preferences.

Payments are no longer accepted at OUC's Downtown Orlando and Gardenia walk-in centers.

KUBRA lets you pay your OUC bill with a Visa, MasterCard, Discover or American Express card or ATM/debit card with the STAR, PULSE, NYCE or ACCEL logo. OUC does not offer the option of recurring automatic debit payment of a credit card.

AutoPay

This automatic bill payment system allows OUC to deduct your
monthly utilities statement amount from your checking or savings
account.

OUC does not offer the automatic debit of a credit card as a
recurring payment option.

OUC has partnered with several payment service providers throughout Orange and Osceola County. Payments made at any of these local centers are applied to OUC account in real time.
