The Orlando Utilities Commission (OUC—The Reliable One) is searching for a Chief Transformation and Technology Officer (CTTO) who can help the second largest municipal utility in Florida achieve our vision of being recognized as an innovative leader and partner of choice. OUC provides electric, water, chilled water and/or lighting services to 375,000 customer accounts in Orlando, St. Cloud and parts of unincorporated Orange and Osceola counties.
The CTTO will serve as a catalyst for enterprise-wide innovation and cultural transformation. This role will have complete ownership of the organization’s strategic planning process, and ensure alignment with the business strategy and delivery of capabilities required to achieve business success. This individual will be responsible for managing the process of innovation, technology adoption, digital transformation leadership and change management to drive increases in profitability and value around core energy and water lines of business. Value will be measured in the strategic areas of customer, employee, community and financial impact. The CTTO reports to the General Manager/CEO.
