Leading the Charge

We’re not only helping to build an electric vehicle charging infrastructure, but we’re also supporting electrification of public transportation across Central Florida by collaborating with local partners. Here is how we have lead the charge in our community:

OUC Electric Fleet

With 5 all-electric vehicles, 6 plug-in hybrids, 8 bucket trucks with battery- operated booms and 21 hybrid vehicles in our OUC fleet, we are working to reduce our own carbon footprint.

Electric Buses Downtown

Electric battery buses will help “transform Orlando into one of the cleanest cities in the nation."

Robinson Recharge Mobility Hub

This hub will feature up to 22 Level 3 EV charging stations with the capability to serve all types of EVs.

Net Zero CO2 Emissions by 2050

In 2020, OUC announced a commitment to achieve net-zero carbon emissions by 2050, as well as interim targets of 50% reduction by 2030 and 75% by 2040.
