Submitting Your Rebate Application

Rebate Requirements & FAQs

Requirements: All measures must meet and be installed according to the manufacturer’s specifications and comply with all local and state laws. Applications must be submitted within six (6) months of the closing date listed on the OCPAFL’s website. Each individual rebate has its own specific requirements.

Eligibility: This program only applies to new build construction. To be eligible for energy rebates, the property must be located in OUC’s electric service territory. To be eligible for water rebates, the property must be located in OUC’s water service territory.

Reimbursement: Earn up to $2,650 back when redeeming each type of qualifying New Home Construction rebate available. Customers will receive an approval email once the application has been submitted, reviewed and approved by one of our conservation support specialists. Rebate will be paid as a credit on your bill.

Exemptions: Existing construction is not eligible for this program. Homes located outside of OUC’s service territory are not eligible for New Home Construction rebates. Areas that are not air-conditioned do not qualify for any energy-efficiency New Home Construction rebates.
