Before You Get Started

Explore rebate-eligible devices to decide which type is best for your home. Products that qualify are:

  1. Purchase one of the qualifying smart water monitoring devices of your choice.
  2. The device must be installed beyond the water meter and backflow prevention device.
    • Important notice for buildings with fire sprinklers: Improperly installing a smart water monitoring device with a controlled shutoff could hinder the operation of fire sprinklers. Consult a licensed plumber for guidance on proper installation that will not hinder fire sprinkler operation.
  3. Decide whether you to install it yourself or hire a professional for assistance.
  4. Need help? OUC has a trusted range of Preferred Contractors we recommend.

Please note: OUC does not endorse specific products and is not responsible for the performance of the device. Displayed consumption may not match billed consumption and will not be accepted for billing purposes.
