Before You Get Started

  1. Contact an OUC to schedule a property assessment. You can call (407) 434-2256 or email [email protected].
  2. You will receive a full energy and water evaluation, which will outline the recommended conservation upgrades and payback periods for each improvement.
  3. With the owner’s or designee’s approval to move forward, OUC will oversee the project completion from start to finish.

Submitting Your Rebate Application

Be prepared to provide us with the following documents:

  1. Review the qualifications for each rebate you are considering. For specific requirements, please click any of the rebate types above for more information on each.
    • Please note that the unique Heat Pump A/C rebate amounts vary from those offered to residential and commercial customers. Only systems with efficiency ratings of 15.2 SEER2/16 SEER or higher are eligible for rebate consideration.

Eligibility & Requirements

Requirements: All measures must meet and be installed according to the manufacturer’s specifications and comply with all local and state laws. Applications must be submitted within six (6) months of the closing date and all receipts/invoices must be dated and submitted within six (6) months of the date of purchase. All measures must meet and be installed according to the manufacturer’s specifications, industry standards and OUC program requirements. Projects will only be processed in batches of 10 or more units per rebate measure. Documentation should be submitted to OUC for review as soon as work is completed.

Eligibility: Participation is open to communities located within OUC’s electric and/or water service area, including existing communities with retrofit opportunities as well as new facilities constructed to exceed minimum code requirements.

Reimbursement: Customers will receive an approval email once the application has been submitted, reviewed and approved by one of our conservation support specialists. All incentives will be paid as a credit on the customer’s OUC statement.
