ATTENTION: There is a new scam targeting OUC customers. The scam uses a computer-generated call that looks and sounds like it is from OUC and tells customers they will be disconnected if an immediate payment is not made. REMEMBER: OUC has legitimate ways for you to interact with us. Your OUC bill or online account has the information you need to find your balance. You can make a payment online or visit www.ouc.com/waystopay for other options including third-party payment locations. If you receive a call requesting payment, the safest thing to do is to hang up and call 407-423-9018 (Orlando/Orange County) or 407-957-7373 (St. Cloud/Osceola County). An OUC representative will NEVER take your credit card or banking information over the phone and will NEVER instruct you to use a pre-paid card for payment.

Will my electric service be different if I am on OUC Power Pass?

No. You will receive the same reliable electric service. Since you will receive low balance and pending disconnect notifications prior to disconnect, you will know if you are experiencing a power outage or have just run out of money on your OUC Power Pass account. And, if you have a power outage, our crews will still be on standby, ready to assist you. To report power outages, call us at 407-423-9018 for Orlando/ Orange County residents or 407-957-7373 for St. Cloud/Osceola County residents or online when you log in to your myOUC profile.
