What are the different Billing Alerts AutoPay customers can receive?

  • Add Billing Alerts by texting REG to 69682 (myOUC) or through your myOUC online profile. Once logged in, click Alerts on the left navigation and then click Manage Preferences.
  • If you enroll in the Statement Ready program, this alert will notify you when your bill is available for viewing, and the amount and date your account balance will be drafted from your account. If you enroll in the Payment Reminder program, you will receive an alert the day before the draft date. If you enroll in the Payment Status program, you will receive an alert once the payment is processed or if the payment failed.
