Submitting Your Rebate Application
Be prepared to provide us with the following documents:
- Receipt/proof of purchase denoting the size and storage capacity (gallons) of the cistern.
- Manufacture’s or retail’s product specifications sheet.
Rebate Requirements & FAQs
Requirements: All receipts/invoices must be dated and submitted within six (6) months of the date of purchase.
Eligibility: Rebate is available to OUC water customers. Rain barrels and traditional in-ground cisterns qualify for this rebate
Reimbursement: Customers will receive an approval email once the application has been submitted, reviewed and approved by one of our conservation support specialists. Rebate will be paid as a credit on your bill.
Exemptions: Property cannot be located outside of OUC’s water service territory.
