Jenise Osani
Vice President of Customer Experience & Sales
Jenise Osani serves as Vice President of Customer Experience & Sales at OUC—The Reliable One. She is responsible for all aspects of customer experience and service, including business process optimization, customer technology, training, residential and commercial contact centers, billing, collections and quality. Additionally, she is responsible for customer and corporate sustainability, key account management, economic development and development services.
Prior to joining OUC, Jenise spent a decade working in advertising, marketing and design. Osani joined OUC in 2009 as the Manager of Marketing and Customer Education and progressed through roles of Manager of Marketing & eCommerce; Director of Marketing & eCommerce; and Interim Managing Director of Marketing, Communications and Community Relations and Vice President of Marketing and New Products.
Osani currently serves on the boards of Breakthrough T1D (formerly Juvenile Diabetes Research Foundation), Audubon Center for Birds of Prey and is a member of the Executive Committee for the Orlando Science Center Board of Trustees. Previously, she was a board member for Friends of the Orange County Library System, Ronald McDonald House Charities of Central Florida, Greater Orlando Sports Commission and the Crummer Graduate School of Business Alumni Board.
Osani earned a Master of Business Administration from the Crummer Graduate School of Business at Rollins College and holds a fine arts degree in graphic design from the University of Florida. This combination has allowed her to work strategically and creatively in a space where design and business intersect.
