This week, the Orlando Utilities Commission (OUC—The Reliable One) honored 40 Orange County students for their winning art designs promoting water conservation. Their artwork will now be displayed across the region through events and public displays, and in OUC’s annual conservation calendar.

The Orlando Utilities Commission (OUC) has been recognized as a ‘2024 Customer Champion’ among U.S. energy providers, reaffirming its reputation as an industry leader.

For the 23rd consecutive year, OUC’s unwavering commitment to reliable working practices is being honored with a Florida Municipal Electric Association (FMEA) Safety Award. Only 17 utilities in the state were recognized.

On March 8, participants in the annual OUC Charity Golf Tournament, held at Eagle Creek Golf Club, raised $50,000, bringing the event’s total contributions to over $1 million since its inception in 1995.
