Understand Your Usage

Find Ways to Use Less Energy & Water

Gain Control of Your Payments

Track Your Usage Day-by-Day

The key to being a smart consumer is understanding when you and your family use the most energy and water. When you understand your usage patterns, you can make more informed decisions on how to save.

That’s why OUC offers you an online Usage Dashboard. It shows you your electric and water usage by the hour or in 15-minute intervals, as well as your electric demand. It even lets you set up Daily Usage and High Usage alerts.

To view the Usage Dashboard, simply log into your myOUC account and click the blue ‘View Usage’ button in your Account Summary. Be sure to allow pop-ups, as the dashboard will open in a new window!

Prepare for Hot Weather

Trying to cool your home as temperatures soar can keep your A/C working overtime. In fact, your A/C can account for amost 52% of energy use in your home during the summer!

Florida summers don’t mess around, but OUC has programs, tools and tips to help you stay in control.

Understand Your Bill

Your monthly billing statement not only shows how much you owe. It also includes monthly electric and water usage comparisons via easy-to-read charts.

Pay As You Go
With OUC Power Pass

OUC Power Pass is a prepaid program that allows you to pay-as-you-go for utility services.

Instead of getting a monthly bill, you can check your usage every day and add funds as you need. And there are never reconnection or late fees for participants.

Eliminate the Seasonal Ups and Downs With Budget Billing

Budget Billing lets you make fixed monthly bill payments over 12 months.

OUC calculates your monthly payment amount based on your average monthly utility bill over the past 12 months. Once you’re enrolled, instead of paying your regular bill amount based on your usage, you pay an amount based on the average of your actual utility bills.

Ask About a Payment Plan or Extension

We understand paying your monthly bill in full could be a challenge. To help, we may be able to set up a payment plan for you.

You can make this request by calling (407) 423-9018. You can request an extension through the automated phone system or with a customer service representative.

Important: A late fee is still assessed with a payment extension, and the extension does not show on a bill.

Payment Assistance Through Project CARE

Project CARE provides utility assistance to those in our community who are experiencing temporary financial hardships.

Under the program, a household can receive a maximum benefit of $500 in a 12–month period.
