To complete our online Start Service request form, you must be a registered user and have access to myOUC. Just follow these simple steps:

1. Register

Fill out the registration form to create a myOUC account.

Log into your myOUC account. On the Welcome screen under "New OUC Customers", click the "Get Started" button.

Complete the Start Service request form to request service at your location, and you're done!
