System Upgrade in Progress: From midnight, Saturday (5/17) until noon, Sunday (5/18),OUC is upgrading our systems. During this time, my.OUC.com will be unavailable. During this time, nonpayment disconnections will be suspended for traditional and OUC Power Pass customers. In-person payments will be credited to your account the following day. Outage reporting via my.OUC.com and text (SMS) will be unavailable. To report an electric or water outage, please call our 24-hour automated phone system at (407) 423-9018.
