Gain Control of Your Payments

Pay As You Go with OUC Power Pass

OUC Power Pass is a prepaid program that now allows small business customers, in addition to residential customers, to pay-as-you-go for utility services. Instead of getting a monthly bill, you can check your electric usage every day and add funds as you need. And, there are never reconnection or late fees for participants. For a limited time, the first month customer charge for new enrollments is waived and current deposits can be applied to Power Pass accounts. Learn more here.

We understand paying your monthly bill in full could be a challenge right now. To help, we may be able to set up a payment plan for you. You can make this request by speaking to a Customer Service agent by calling 407-423-9018.
