ORLANDO, Fla. – OUC crews and additional out-of-state resources are now mobilized and actively responding to power outages within Orange and Osceola Counties. As of 1:15 p.m. we have about 18,000 customers without power. We have had additional strong feeder bands that have caused outages within the last few hours. However, those outage numbers will drop quickly soon as we continue to send crews out.

Before the storm hit, OUC brought in hundreds of additional resources including line technicians and tree trimmers from as far as Texas and Pennsylvania.

Customers should continue to report outages to 407-423-9018 and only need to call once, preferably from their registered phone number.

If customers have overhead service, they may have a damaged weather head. If that is the case, they will need to get a contractor to make those repairs. We have preferred, vetted contractors on at  This site will always be updated with latest information.
