OUC Customer Service Will Be Closed Nov. 22-23
Downtown Orlando payment center will re-open Nov. 24 at 9 a.m.

ORLANDO In observance of the holidays, OUC customer service operations will be closed Thursday, Nov. 22 and Friday, Nov. 23.

During this time, the telephone call center and walk-in payment centers will not be available to customers. Customers will be able to make payments via the automated telephone service and online at www.ouc.com.

The downtown Orlando center at 44 W. Jefferson St. will re-open for business on Saturday, Nov. 24 from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m.

Throughout the holiday season, the 24-hour emergency service outage hotline will remain fully operable. To report an outage in Orlando, please call 407.823.9150 and in St. Cloud call 407.892.2210

Established in 1923 by a special act of the Florida Legislature, OUC—The Reliable One is the second largest municipal utility in Florida. OUC provides electric and water services to more than 200,000 customers in Orlando, St. Cloud and parts of unincorporated Orange and Osceola counties.
