ST. CLOUD – The OUC Walk-in Service Center at St. Cloud City
Hall closed at noon today due to Tropical
Depression
Ernesto.
The OUC Call Center still will be accepting customer service calls through 5:30
p.m. today, weather permitting. OUC Customer Service employees will be available
to assist St. Cloud customers over the phone at 407.957.7373.
Established in 1923 by a special act of the Florida Legislature, OUC—The
Reliable One is the second largest municipal utility in Florida. OUC provides
electric and water services to more than 196,000 customers in Orlando, St. Cloud
and parts of unincorporated Orange and Osceola counties.
