OUC Customer Service Will Be Closed Dec. 24-26
Call and payment centers will re-open Dec. 27 at 7 a.m.

ORLANDO -- In observance of the holidays, OUC customer service operations will be closed Saturday, Dec. 24 through Monday, Dec. 26.

During this time, the telephone call center and walk-in payment centers will not be available to customers. Both centers will re-open for business at 7 a.m. on Tuesday, Dec 27.

The centers also will be closed Jan. 1-2 in observance of the New Year's holiday. They will be open regular business hours New Year's Eve on Saturday, Dec. 31 and Tuesday, Jan  3.

Customers will be able to make payments via the automated telephone service and online at www.ouc.com.

Throughout the holiday season, the 24-hour emergency service outage hotline will remain fully operable. To report an outage in Orlando, please call 407.823.9150 and in St. Cloud call 407.892.2210
