DOWNTOWN CUSTOMER SERVICE CENTER TO MOVE
Utility Offers Customers Convenient New Ways to Pay

ORLANDO – OUC is relocating its downtown Customer Service Center on May 16 to new offices at the corner of North Orange Avenue and Jefferson Street. All walk-in residential and commercial business, including developers and builders, will be serviced at the convenient new location.

The move is necessary because the parking garage at OUC’s South Orange location is slated to be demolished this May to make way for a new exit ramp for the 408 Expressway.

  • WHEN: May 16, 2005
  • NEW OFFICES: 44 W. Jefferson St. at the corner of Jefferson & Orange Ave.
  • OFFICE HOURS: 7 a.m.-6 p.m.
  • , Monday-Thursday; 7 a.m.-7 p.m. Friday; and 9 a.m.-1 p.m. Saturday.
  • PARKING: Adjacent to new office.

New Ways to Pay Your Bill - Coming Soon!

With the swipe of a card or the click of a mouse, bill paying has never been easier!

OUC-The Reliable One will begin offering customers new and more convenient ways to pay their monthly utility bills. Coming soon, customers can make payments at Vcom® kiosks in 7-Elevens throughout Orange and Osceola counties. Go to the 7-Eleven nearest you and pay your bill at any time, day or night. There is a $1.50 charge with each transaction.

Starting June 1, visit OUC.com to pay your bill with our new free electronic check service. Paying by e-check is easy, and your payment will be deducted automatically from your checking account. Click here for a complete list of payment options.
