Heston, Communications Manager Sheridan Becht | Erika Hodges   OUC Customers Can Soon Make Payments at The Check Cashing Store New Partnership Provides Payment Option with No Service Charge ORLANDO - OUC customers who currently make payments at ACE America's Cash Express will have a new option beginning March 1. OUC has partnered with The Check Cashing Store to accept OUC payments with no service charge. Please see The Check Cashing Store locations below for a location near you. Payments still may be made at OUC's customer service offices in Orlando and St. Cloud.   Beginning April 1, ACE America's Cash Express will charge a $1 transaction fee for OUC payments, which could have up to a five-day delay in posting your account.
