New Web Service From OUC Helps Households Save ORLANDO (August 10, 2001) – OUC—The Reliable One is making it easier for Web-savvy consumers to track their home energy consumption – and ultimately save power and money.OUC’s new Online Home Energy Audit lets residential electric users – OUC customers and others – review their annual, seasonal and daily costs for cooling, heating, lighting and other household appliances. The audit uses an individual’s consumption history, along with other household information, to generate a detailed usage report as well as customized tips for saving energy.
