Our improved online bill service makes it easier and faster for you to manage your online account through my.ouc.com.
Create an account to sign up for paperless billing and you'll have instant access to your online statements. Please note, by signing up for an online account, you will NO LONGER RECEIVE A PAPER STATEMENT from OUC. Your OUC statements will arrive via email each month and you may view your statement online any time by logging into your account. While you will not receive a paper bill from OUC, you can always print a copy when viewing your statement online.
Already have an account? Simply log in to my.OUC.com from the homepage or by clicking Log in on this page. Note, if this is the first time you are logging in to my.ouc.com, you will be prompted to create a new password and select three security questions. Going forward, this will be the only username and password you will need to access or update your online OUC account.
Once logged in, you'll find a one-stop location to view your statement, select a payment option or find other helpful links.
For St. Cloud customers, we’ll be implementing these improvements in phases. If you already subscribe to the OUConvenient Billing online service, you will need to click the St. Cloud link in the new my.OUC.com log-in area or the link on this page to access your account using your existing account number and PIN.
