OUC Public Outage Map

Orlando Utilities Commission’s (OUC’s) outage map is designed to provide general information on the location and magnitude of electric power outages within its Orlando and St. Cloud service areas. This application was designed and tested using Internet Explorer version 7. Please call one of the two phone numbers listed on the map page to report an outage.
Instructions
| 1. | Outages are depicted as points on the map and are categorized using four ranges of outages as shown in the “Map Contents” (map legend) section above left. Outages are summarized in the box located below the map legend. To view specific outage information, place your mouse (“hover”) over a specific outage point on the map. Right click on the point to see more information [specifically, the time when the outage was first reported and the estimated time of restoration, or “ETR”]. |
| 2. | To zoom in closer on the map, use your computer mouse scroll wheel, or use the vertical scale slider located in the upper left corner of the map. |
| 3. | To search for a specific address, select “Search Address” in the upper left hand corner of the page. Type the building number and street name, then press the “Find” button. The map will automatically zoom to the location if there’s an exact match. If not, the application will provide a list of possible choices in the “Results” box below the address search. Right click the address you wish to select and choose “Zoom to”. |
