OUC Design Guidelines for Electric & Water Service
OUC has developed the Design Guidelines below for consideration when designing your development project. They are intended to help minimize any potential changes that may be required in order to approve the infrastructure design for electric and/or water service. The guidelines are not intended to be final specifications or a substitute for final approval of your design.
If your development project is a high density, multi-use, condo high-rise or downtown development, OUC requests that you please schedule a meeting through its Development Services department to go over your preliminary design prior to your submittal of final application for permits. This will help ensure your design will meet OUC's electric and water infrastructure requirements prior to completing the permitting process.
