Please Note: Once the OUC Vegetation Department receives your tree trimming request, an inspector will do a site inspection within 1-2 weeks. The property owner does not need to be onsite for the inspection, as long as the inspector can access the power lines. The inspector will contact the property owner via phone or door hanger with his/her findings. If tree work is needed, then the inspector will provide the customer with a work completion time frame.
