OUC Customer Service Locations At OUC's three conveniently located Customer Service Centers, you can pay your utility bill, make changes to your utility service and get information about OUC's energy-saving programs and other services. In addition, OUC has dozens of payment centers across Central Florida. Customer Service CentersOUC's main Customer Service Centers provide full service for our Orlando and St. Cloud customers. All three locations also have 24-hour drop boxes for your convenience. Please note that these centers close on major holidays.
Bank payment centers As an OUC customer, you can also pay your bill at the select Central Florida bank branches listed below. Please note that St. Cloud customers can only make payments at St. Cloud branches, and Orlando customers can only make payments at Orlando branches. Banks only accept payments if paid before the due date noted on your bill and payments will take three days to be received by OUC.
