Education High School graduate or equivalent preferred. Must be an attending student at a college or technical school. Requirements Must have and maintain valid State of Florida driver's license, good driving record, motor vehicle and PIP & Liability insurance. General robust health and ability to walk long distances in various weather conditions. Must have good attendance and safety record. Must be able to maintain monthly error standard set for Meter Reader III position. Previous meter reading experience helpful but not necessary. Must have the ability to learn and operate hand-held electronic meter reading equipment. Skills evaluation will be given. Basic Job Duties Routinely read electric and water meters while following a designated route. Read and report all electric and water meter readings accurately for billing purposes.
