Meeting Type Descriptions
New Project Introduction: Recommended for the
customer to introduce a new project to OUC. OUC staff can provide general
information of utilities available, other products and services for the proposed
project.
Utilities Design Coordination: To begin utilities design coordination for
a new project or for two or more OUC services. Complete Design Development
documents and discuss OUC and customer’s responsibilities.
Pre-Construction Meeting: Discuss construction site preparation and
schedules. Review OUC and customer’s responsibilities for temporary and
permanent utilities installation.
Electrical Design Coordination: To discuss detailed design of electric
services, metering requirements and installation standards; and OUC and
customer’s responsibilities for electric distribution installation.
Lighting Design Coordination: To discuss the OUC lighting program;
selection of lighting fixtures and poles; and OUC and customer’s
responsibilities for lighting services installation.
Water Design Coordination Meeting: To discuss the design of domestic water,
irrigation, fire services, metering requirements and installation standards.
Chilled Water Design Coordination: To discuss design of chilled water
services; installation specifications; metering requirements; and OUC and
customer’s responsibilities for chilled water services installation.
