In the Development Services department at OUC, our goal is to make the utilities process as simple as possible for developers, builders and contractors. In fact, we have become the single point of contact between the development community and OUC, so you always know where to go for answers.

We don't just manage the engineering and installation of your electric and water lines. We can also coordinate other OUC commercial services — decorative lighting, energy-efficiency programs and more — to ensure a complete, successful project.

The Development Services Department will assign an OUC Project Coordinator to your project who will serve as your initial point of contact for all OUC services. Your Project Coordinator will help answer any question you might have about OUC's involvement in your project.
