In observance of the Fourth
of July holiday, OUC's customer service operations will be closed Friday, July 3
and Saturday, July 4. locations OUC has introduced a new online Pay-by-Check
that is free and easy to use. Payments can be charged to your checking account
by using OUC's web site or automated telephone system.

by Credit Card with SpeedPay Pay with SpeedPay's secure service or dial 866.243.7083 (toll free). Be sure to have your OUC account number ready, as well as your credit or debit card. Due to the increased volume of credit and debit card transactions and associated processing costs, OUC is no longer able to offer this service at no charge. With SpeedPay's automated service, however, you can enjoy the convenience of paying your utility bill online or by phone, at any hour of the day.

or wait in line. That's what you'll get with Rely-A-Pay. When you enroll in the Rely-A-Pay program, OUC will automatically deduct your monthly bill from your bank account. It's that simple.
