As an OUC customer in St. Cloud, you have immediate access to your personal billing and consumption information through OUConvenient Billing.

When you first log into OUConvenient Billing, you will be prompted to enter your OUC account number and pre-assigned pin number. Your pre-assigned pin number appears at the top of your monthly OUC bill, directly above your name and address. Once you enter this pin, you will be prompted to change this pin number to ensure the security of your personal information. Learn more about OUConvenient Billing
