new and existing customers to request, terminate and transfer their OUC utility
services. As a new OUC customer,
you will receive by mail the OUC Welcome Kit, a comprehensive explanation of the
many services and benefits available to you. If you would like to preview this
information, the OUC Welcome Kit and many of OUC's other customer brochures,
reports and publications are now available online in Adobe Acrobat format.
