  • include letters (A-Z, a-z) and/or numbers (0-9)

Which is my billing address and which is my service address, and where can I find both on my OUC bill?

Your billing address appears with your name at the top center of your OUC bill.  Your service address is listed to the right of your account number, in the green box beneath your billing address.

When I try to enroll, why am I getting a message saying there is no record of my OUC account?

If you receive the above error message, make sure the information being entered is EXACTLY the same as it appears on your OUC bill. That means all information, including letters, numbers, punctuation and spaces, must be entered EXACTLY as it appears on your bill. OUConvenient Billing enrollment has purposely been created to require an exact match with the information on your bill as a security measure to help ensure your privacy.

I have more than one OUC account that I would like to access via OUConvenient Billing. Do I need to create a different User ID and password for each account?

Currently you only need to create a new User ID and password for each account if the first nine digits are different for each of your OUC account numbers.

Can I use the same Used ID and password if I need to enroll for access to multiple accounts?

No, each User ID must be unique.

Can more than one User ID be used to access the same account?

No, each OUC account may only be accessed via OUConvenient Billing with a single User ID.

Is access to any OUC account limited to a single individual?

Access to an OUC account is limited to association with a single User ID and password. If more than one individual needs to access account information, each individual can use the same User ID and password simultaneously as originally defined during enrollment.

When will my account transfer to the OUConvenient Billing service?

OUConvenient Billing does not change your actual utilities service, just the way you receive your monthly OUC bill. Once you enroll, online access to your bill is available immediately.

Managing Your Account

What is my default account?

Some OUC customers have more than one account assigned to their name and/or mailing address (accounts that have the same first nine digits of the account number). If you have multiple such accounts, when you first sign up for OUConvenient Billing, our computers will search for all accounts assigned to you. If you have more than one account (for example, a home AND a business or rental property), you will have the opportunity to choose a default account. This is the account that will appear each time you sign in to OUConvenient Billing. You can view your other account(s) at any time by simply choosing the account number from the drop down box on the summary bill screen.

Can I print a hard copy of my bill?

Yes, both the summary bill and detailed bill screens offer the option to print using your Internet browser software.  You may also download your OUC bill in Adobe PDF format from the summary bill screen and print it using Adobe's free Acrobat Reader.

Will I continue getting a paper bill from OUC if I enroll in OUConvenient Billing?

Currently, you will continue to receive a paper bill from OUC as well as your online bill through OUConvenient Billing.

Will OUConvenient Billing advise me via e-mail that I have a new OUC bill available?

Yes, each billing period, OUConvenient Billing will send an e-mail to the account you specified during enrollment. This notice lets you know when you have a new bill available for viewing through OUConvenient Billing.

Will I be able to modify the information I provided during enrollment?

Yes, you will be able to change your User ID, password, e-mail address and default account options by clicking on "Modify Options" button on the summary bill screen.

Can I change the customer name or billing address for my OUC account?

Yes, simply by contacting OUC Customer Service at 407-423-9018.

Will I have to re-enroll in OUConvenient Billing if my name or billing address changes?

No, as long as you are still the primary account holder. Simply continue using your same User ID and password, and the above information will be updated after you inform OUC Customer Service (407.423.9018 in Orlando or 407.957.7373 in St. Cloud) of such changes.

What if I forget my User ID or password?

If you forget your User ID or password, we can send you a reminder message by e-mail. Click on "Forgot Password?" from the OUConvenient Billing welcome screen and be sure to have your exact OUC account number OR e-mail address used at initial enrollment. Your password will be sent to the e-mail address associated with your account.

You must enter the same account number you used during your initial enrollment. If you have multiple accounts being accessed by your OUConvenient Billing User ID, using any account number other than the one used during initial enrollment will result in a "No record of your account" error message. If you have such an account, we suggest you enter your e-mail address for verification instead. For additional assistance, contact OUC Customer Service at 407.423.9018 in Orlando or 407.957.7373 in St. Cloud.

When will my new monthly OUC bill be available for viewing via OUConvenient Billing once it has been processed by OUC?

Your monthly OUC bill will be available 48 hours (two business days) after the "Bill Date" printed on the bill. This Bill Date is the date your bill was processed by OUC.
