ORLANDO – OUC crews are now mobilized and will begin actively responding to power outages within the next hour in Orange and Osceola Counties. As of 10:15 a.m., we had 17,600 customers without power. Before the storm hit, OUC brought in hundreds of additional resources including line technicians and tree trimmers from as far as Texas and Pennsylvania.
Customers should report outages to 407-423-9018 in Orlando/Orange County and 407-957-7373 in St. Cloud / Osceola County and only need to call once, preferably from their registered phone number.
If customers have overhead service, they may have a damaged weatherhead. If that is the case, they will need to get a contractor to make those repairs. We have preferred, vetted contractors on at OUC.com/stormcenter.
This site will always be updated with latest information. You will be able to view the outage map, but restoration times are not yet available.
