Customers Can Now Pay Their OUC Bills at Amscot, CVS, Publix & More
ORLANDO – OUC has upgraded its website and automated phone system and added more than 400 third-party locations for customers to pay their bills closer to where they live, work or shop. Payments made online at ouc.com, over the phone at 407-423-9018 or at any of the authorized payment locations are credited to a customer’s account immediately.
These technology upgrades give customers the option to manage their OUC accounts; pay their bills; start, stop or move service; and report a problem by going online or over the phone without having to speak to a representative. If a customer does need assistance, OUC customer service agents will still be there to answer customer calls.
These technological upgrades and new payment locations will allow OUC to permanently close its Downtown Orlando, Gardenia and St. Cloud walk-in and drive-through service centers beginning Sept. 28.
Hundreds of New Payment Locations
The following vendors now accept OUC bill payments: ACE Cash Express, Amscot, CVS, Direct General, Fifth Third Bank, Kmart, Publix, Regions Bank, Sedano’s, Wal-Mart via MoneyGram, Winn-Dixie, as well as at a number of neighborhood convenience stores. These vendors charge a $1.25 convenience fee, but OUC does not receive any part of this fee.
Customers can pay by bank draft using OUC’s free eCheck service online or over the phone. For a complete list of payment options and locations, go to ouc.com/waystopay
